Duke of Edinburgh Award – Bronze award

The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award (DofE) is a voluntary, non-competitive programme of activities for anyone aged 13-24.   The course develops a range of skills that enables to students to be life long learners.  They are set a range of challenges and they cover key skills that they will require in life or their place of work:

Self belief

Self confidence

A sense of identity


A awareness of strengths

Develop new abilities and talents

Develop time management and the ability to plan

Ability to give back to local community and learn from others in eth community.

Develop friendships

Develop and use problem solving, presentation and communication skills.
